Owned the full lifecycle of the project
- Visual Identity Architecture : Complete creation of the Design System, including a color palette (Primary/Secondary) optimized for dark mode, consistent iconography, and rigorous typographic hierarchy to ensure accessibility and readability.
- Animation Ideation : Designing animation concepts (motion design) to enhance user immersion, using real-world physics principles for GSAP and Framer Motion transitions.
- Benchmarking & Creative Research : Comparative analysis of the world's top digital agencies to extract emerging trends and propose a "disruptive" interface for the Moroccan market.
- Global Latency Optimization : Deployment and configuration of AWS CloudFront as a Content Delivery Network (CDN), drastically reducing load times for international users through edge location caching.
