Technical Project Manager & Full-Stack Engineer
- Agile Leadership : Complete orchestration of the Scrum framework, including facilitation of ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) to ensure team velocity.
- Backlog Engineering : Translating business requirements into actionable User Stories with acceptance criteria and continuous prioritization.
- API & Data Architecture : Designing a robust REST API with Laravel 12, including complex database schema management.
- Advanced Security : Implementing JWT and Google OAuth authentication to simplify and secure data access.
- Infrastructure & Cloud (DevOps) : Orchestration of 4 microservices (React, Laravel, FastAPI, Nginx) via Docker Compose.
- Configuration and deployment on AWS EC2 instance.
- Setting up Nginx as a Reverse Proxy and API Gateway to simplify and secure data flows.
